Starting first cycle with tendonitis?

Just a little back ground info, I got some shoulder pain a couple months ago and doc ruled it as bicep tendonitis. I've done everything to fix it, rest, ice, anti inflammatory, glucosamine, msm, vitamin c, ect. and although it hasn't hurt for about a month, it still pops a lot. I went for an mri yesterday and it came back clear with no tears in the tendon. So my question is why does it still pop and should I start a cycle even though it's popping?

Sounds like an imbalance. Your shoulder is not in its happy place. There are lots of threads and video's on how to make your shoulders healthy and keep them healthy and for you to learn what is going on and how to make it better. Starting a cycle with a problem will exasperate that problem - most likely unless you employ exercises to make your shoulder function correcty. I would start by not doing heavy bicep work.

I haven't worked biceps for the last two months. Could you link me a video? Ide like to know exactly what your talking about.
