Starting first cycle advice

Hey everyone, to give a little background on myself i’ve been lifting for around 3 and half years now and im at the point where I believe starting a cycle is the right thing for me. I’m thinking about running 250mgs of test e and 25mgs of anadrol and potentially upping these doses depending on how i respond because im trying to put on as much mass as possible. I already have all of my preventative sups like tudca, nac, milk thistle, fish oil, CoQ10, Citrus bergamot, and Hawthorn berry. Im willing to hear out anyone more experienced with this stuff than I am.
 
250 test is that weird in-between dose like trt+, while it's best to start low, don't waste your first cycle. Run test at 300-450, assuming your test is 250mg/ml 375 will be easy to dose. Figure out how you handle testosterone alone, after about 6-8 weeks you will know if your getting high estrogen sides, you should have a AI on hand the whole time to control any estrogen issues and sometime on the back half of the cycle, if you want a kick it up at the end then go for the anadrol.

100% agree, for a first cycle 350-500 test and eating enough to grow should give great gains in most people. No need to complicate it.
