Increase the dose every 2 days by 20mcg, I personally don't go over 80, I don't want to risk it to go higher... Drink tons of water, get taurine like 5 g a day or more, depending if you still get cramps! Also get some potassium, some fruits are pretty rich, if you can't get in supp. Use it for 3 weeks approximately, measure you body temperature, if it drops back to normal, time to off period!
