starting a t400 and avar cycle. How should i take this!!!! HELP

Hey guys im a 33 yr old guy 209lbs 5'9" and out of shape. i did 2 cycles in 2003 with real nice gains now im trying to get back in shape. i dont want to get real big but i would like to gain some muscle with some definition. I have 2 10 ml bottles of euro lab T400 and 2 bottles of Anavar 15 mg. i have no idea how to cycle this? can you guys help me out? another question how long should i start working out before i start taking this? thanks.:ponder:
 
Thanks NOS.. i have been going to the gym with my buddys 4 times a week for the last 10 weeks. i have been doing alot of cardio and freeweights. i have always been pretty active. do you think i can start already? and my main question is when i do how do i cycle these two?
