I will start by saying I am 20yrs old, 5'8, and 167lbs with an 10% bf(roughly) and I have never used anything like a ph before. I also understand the dangers of taking prohormones and from everything I have read would like for someone to help answer a few questions I have. From the ph I have been looking to use, I have narrowed it down to a few; Decaplexx 850, M1 Alpha, or Testplex 450. I have questions regarding the dosages i.e. the bottle says one thing so should I stick to that or increase week to week? Next I would like to ask about pre-cycle supps. like milk thistle, hawthorn berry, and saw palmetto. the research I have seen says that it inhibits gains from the ph so should they only be taken before or in low dosages during the cycle? Next, I am curious whether to take normal supps. like protein creatine and pre workout during the cycle or will it be to harmful? For the pct I am currently finding some nolva and ill make sure to have some before I start. But I am wondering if taking a test booster like P6 will help return my t-levels to normal during the pct? P.S. I have done research but some of these answers have many questionable answers. I appreciate any help.
