An somebody help me with a 5 day work out I like to do 30 min of cardio before my workouts so if anybody can give me a full body workout for a week it would help thanks a mill
 
5 day routine I like is

Chest
Back
Legs
Shoulders
Arms....

Then take two days off or add the rest days in between wherever you see fit.

On arm days I only work on the lagging areas, like forearms or tris, since pushing on chest day and pulling on back days works your arms pretty good, as well as shoulders.
