starting a fatloss log.

Just wanted to say staying below 3200 calories a day SUCKS I don't know how some people do 2000 and below. I'll be glad in 19 days when I go back up to about to at least 3700 a day
 
Day 20: Cardio

36:15 minutes 2.35 miles 263 calories. 125hr

trying for single digits is really getting to me every morning I have to pull myself off the treadmill I would keep going if not for work. I can't wait to my lipoderm comes in.
 
Day 21

decided to go easy on the knees and do a nice low impact workout on the bike.

32minutes 6miles hr tried to keep around 120 which would be between 40-45% Vo2 max. Really trying to force myself to remember lower hr more fat burned less muscle. I am going to start lowering carbs which will also result in lower calories for the next 2.5 weeks. I have 17 more days left on this cycle.
 
Day 22

cardio combo running bike total 40minutes
210calories 125hr 7.15miles

Well I decided to start out running on the treadmill to get up to my target hr quicker than moved on to the bike I feel like the bike is doing good for my knees they felt better during my leg work out yesterday. i've been staying in about a 300-500 cal deficit for the past couple of days I think it's starting to show. So far so good less than 2.5 weeks left.
 
Day 22 evening cardio

55minutes 355 calories 125hr
good workout lots of sweat wore a plastic suit.
lot of energy even on only 1 kranker this stuff is great could of kept going but had to pick up the kids.

Day 23 Mayn I took 2 kranker speed gels and 4 SNS creatine e2 matrix before my morning cardio don't usually take the matrix in the morning and I got to tell you it was the Bomb.

Cardio 60 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the bike after to stretch out my knees total 450 calories at a hr of 125. Had to keep repeating to myself burn FAT no MUSCLE I had so much energy I wanted to keep picking up the pace. example after 52 minutes on the treadmill I ran a quarter mile at a below a 9:OO minute mile pace. Tonight I am going to try 1 kranker speed gel with a REDLINE RTD.
 
Day 23 evening Cardio

Did a harder session: 22 minutes on the treadmill at an avg heart rate of 154. Then another 14 on the bike.

Total 36minutes 245 calories
 
day 24 no work out rested the whole day

Day 25 WOOOOOOHOOOO took bf% 4x avgeraged out and I have dropped in the 11's. IF i can just get 1% more in the next 14 days I will have reached my goal of being in the 10% range at the start of my buliking cycle.

Cardio 42.30minutes avg hr 123, 282cal 501 vertical units, 2.53mi.


RECAP SO FAR

This is a great stack so far a little over 3 wks and about 2% drop in BF all while staying within 1lb of my starting weight. After some experiementing not sure if the EPH is needed during by bulk cycle I will not be using any ephedrine. I think the combo of IDS Kranker Gels and SNS creatine e2 matrix is AWESOME by itself.
 
DAY 26

Cardio 35 min 220cal 123hr

Getting pretty good at keeping my hr where I want it for max fat burning. Ultra Lipoderm arrives today YAY. Really trying to get rid of some of the fat on my lower abs I think that at my current bf% the lipoderm should really help hopefully at least. 12 days left.
 
Just a quick update lipoderm arrived applied first application 4 pumps. Smells a little but didn't take too long to dry
 
Day 27 no morning cardio had to rest knees and ankles

Night time Muay Thai class 1hr 15min approx 700 calories .

nighttime Muay Thai class had to mention I just had to try my new jetfuel and I took two about 30 minutes before my class i was starting to get hot within about 15 min and really sweating after my first round on the pads that usually doesnt happen.
Lipoderm Ultra the first time i applied the smell was quite strong and took a while to dry morning was the same but my 3rd time tonight what i did was shake the bottle then apply two pumps rubbed it all over my abs then one more pump for my love handles rubbed it in and dried it with the hairdryer. Much better I think is the amount of area I have to cover 4 pumps is just too much product the 3 worked and tried much quicker. I am used to the smell now also.
 
Day 28 4 weeks diet is starting to wear on me thank goodness it's almost over. Woke up late so not as much time on the treadmill I am going back to running I think my conditioning has been suffering with all this walking. I'm going back to HIIT I burn more calories in a shorter time and my cardiovascular gets stronger. I took 2krankers and 4 matrix no ephedrine. applied 2 pumps of lipoderm ultra after shower. 1 week left I'm not sure if I will continue this log as I will be going on cycle after next week and might just do one combined log.

Cardio 22:20 2.11mi 250calories 144hr
 
Day 29 4 matrix 1 biotek/1 kranker

25 minutes 246 cal 141 hr I know that the higher intensity is burning a lower percentage of fat but I have increased my matrix and will be on cycle soon so I'm not worried. Also Since I am using lipoderm now I would rather burn more calories total and let the lipoderm free up the fat.
 
Ok hope everyone liked the log tomorrow is day 30 I am going to give my body and mind a rest before going on my cycle. Thanks for all the input I feel it really helped. a couple of things I would of changed having my matrix from day one and also sticking to HIIt I just don't feel for myself personally I got the same type of results I do on HIIT

will do I will probablly just give weekly updates since I know day to day won't see a difference. Although I do feel my midsection is starting to look tighter this is day 4 started tuesday night. That could be the local diuretic effects I'm sure more than fat loss.
