Started tren E 375 thinking it was test E

I had the tren for a while now thinking it was test but Yeah who ever packaged the bottle cut out the trenbolone part and it just showed enanthate its from ug labs ,anyways this is my first cycle it was supposed to be test e 500mg a week i started last monday, and thursday so im 3 pins in so far. What should i do ? I was thinking of stopping the tren e and just keeping continuing my cycle with test e at 500 mg a week, any help will be apreciated and sorry for the bad spelling if any, thanks guys hope to hear from you guys soon ,

Hey thanks for the fast reply, and i was thinking of that too but if i do i would only have 5ml to run because i split the 10 ml vial ,
