started a Havoc pulse...

Hey dude, I'll ask you here, I asked another thread, but maybe no one seen it, lolz.

If you r taking your pulse Epi doses about the same time every day (I assume after waking, before gym.) but one day you could only hit the gym at the end of you day, when wuld you take your Epi dose? Before the gym still? - Late in the day, or still when u first got up, then train like 10 hrs later anyway?

If im am not going to the gym at my normal time i just take 2 caps pre & post with my BCAA or pro shake. Otherwise i use the method posted a few above.

Great question, I heard that its not good for the "Bounce Back" if you dose too late at night, as that's when your body is in the act of restoring natural testosterone. Considering the half life would easily last till early morning! I believe the earlier you can dose the better, not saying that you shouldn't dose later in the evening... But in terms of trying to reduce suppression as much as possible, I'd try to get them down before lunch if I could, or at latest before dinner.

Yeah i dont ever take any caps past 7pm. I have issues sleeping too so it would only fuel the fire.
 
At 70mgs mon tue we'd thur. Going to do 80 and than drop down to 40 for the last three days

Love this stuff and pulsing all together

Best part is ZERO sides. Only gained 7lb tho. Mainly cutting/recoup

Those are good pulse gains though, and you'll keep em which is the best part, how are your strength gains

Well its hard to say. I am working out twice a day, really hard. I am lifting more weight but my main focus is breaking down my muscle fibers than benching 10000lb. So i cant really tell you but they are there.

My body is changing quickly though, the GF is happy and showing it which is nice.
I chose Epi because its a good recoup compound. Hardening, vascularity, etc. Thats what i am after at the moment, i have SD, tren, etc. Those are fun but not suited for my needs.


BTW, I am almost done with the bottle of 90 caps. Ive got about 4-5 days left and I am going to taper down the last 3 days ON
