Hey hows the oral tren treating you? I tried 500 at first, but noticed a huge difference when i jumped to 750. Cramps suck though. Im gonna run some oral trest and see what all the hype is about.
 
Nice. I like the squeeze at the top. Try it for 5 seconds and lower slow and let it stretch for about 2sec. and hit another one.

I told beast. Next time I need to set the angle up better. You could really see the muscle separation at the top. But the video didnt come out clear. And if she was checking me out I would have never noticed it. I'm married and go to the gym for one thing. Now, I'm sure alot of people hook up at Planet fitness, see so many people that do nothing but talk in there.

The bottom stretch is key, like Studhorse said. Saw some vids about it, talking about it.
 
Was up on the Radiate Page looking to get my order Ready for tomorrow. And I saw the new Radiate+ but it disappeared. I got a feeling something really big is coming this weekend if what I saw was correct.
