Will be back in the gym again tomorrow, and on a side note will be throwing in some S23 and GW in the mix for a few weeks. Should be short enough that it wont affect my bloodwork in October
 
Thought I throw this up before I head into the gym....On my way to work this morning an 18 wheeler lost a piece of its truck at 80mph. SO BUILDFASTFORM had an issue with clumping in my coffee even though its a big enough cup. 1 cup= 16oz. But, I started mixing with my morning oj on the drive in to work today and works great
 
On a side note, the wife picked me up some 32x32 slacks for work. Fits great around the waist. But if I sqaut or bend the wrong way, they may rip. Tad bit tight around the thighs.
