Thoughts on an Oral Tren, Test-E, and Var cycle next run...Oral Tren would be 250mcg a day
You mean oral methyl-tren? Harsh on the liver but very potent stuff. Definitely want some TUDCA/NAC if you run it. 500mcg is more noticeable but I wouldn't exceed that.

Cardio(Bike): 5min Warm-Up

Single Leg Leg Curl(B/L)(No Rest): 40x25, 45x20, 50x18, 50x18, 45x15, 40x12

Single Leg Seated Leg Press(B/L): 90x20, 90x20, 90x20

Seated Calf Extension: 210x50, 210x50
 
Tonight was a night off. Mainly cause the wife, locked the door when I moved my truck, and I spent half the night in the driveway waiting on her to get home...Luckly my daughter came over and had a key to let me in. My house keys where next to my cell phone inside. LOL
 
Why not pin tren ace? Ive found oral "tren" underwhelming.

Im not exactly sure your goals going forward, but Id be inclined to run a kcal deficit (and tren) for 6 weeks, agressively on the last 4 or so, then run var for 6 weeks with kcals bumped up to at least maintanence. I respond really well to var, so I wouldnt even bother reverse dieting out of the cut.

I was already running a deficit with it. I had a source I can get oral tren and was just trying to set up my next run
 
Dont expect too much from it. I found 40mg of var far more gainzy than 150mg of the dienolone sh1t.
I ran Var on my last cycle. Already know how that reacts. Main concerns was Oral Tren. I have a source for Tren E. Just kinda worried about Tren Cough. It scares me honestly

40 mg of var 60 is the sweetness... I don't understand people saying you need to run it at 80-100mg. Either what they had wasn't real anavar or it was underdosed. The best oral and other than tbol the only oral I would run these days. One of the things I love about it is the collagen synthesis so it is so good on joints and tendons and even strengthens them imo.

No lifting tonight...Didnt get home till 1930 hours. Thank you Michigan traffic...The best place to buy a car right off the line. But, don't ask any of them to drive said cars. Idiots
 
Looks like tonight will consist of shoveling a driveway. Yesterday, 51 degrees and no coat. Today 23 degrees and 5" of snow
 
Made it to the gym tonight. Wanted to do Chest, ended up doing back cause of all the people. Rotator held up, Labrum held up. Only thing was some numbness in the arm, tingling in the fingers, and definetly some weakness on the left side.

Tingling doesn't sound like labrum. At least I didn't have that with mine and when they went in to repair mine it was torn more than halfway, took 5 anchors to reattach.

Ive had 0 problems with tren cough on E. I'm almost sceptical to wether it's real or if people had some ace mixed to it.
