Got a lot of respect for that.

I didnt lose rank but got nailed for a DWI, lost onpost driving privaledges. But because it happened off post and never got arrested. But did my BAC on post in the hospital...Flipped my Blazer 3 times on the way home from the bar, and walked onto postDischarged at E-4.

That's a tough one. Shoulder issues pretty much kills bench press. Maybe try some incline DB Hex press, Landmine presses, one armed incline cable press. Lightweight high rep, just to see how the shoulder holds up.Tomorrow wanna do some chest, but dont want to do anymore damage to my rotator cuff or labrum. Anyone have any ideas
