I have been cutting for the last 10 weeks and have now lost about 22lbs. I am down to around 14% BF, I want to keep cutting for another 2-3 weeks to try and get a little bit leaner. At that point I was thinking about starting a 6 week Epi cycle.
Then some guys were telling me that I shouldn't run a cycle right after a cut. They were saying that after a cut once you start upping calories your body will become very anabolic or something like that??
What do the wiser minds here think? Is it ok for me to run the cycle right after my cut?
One more thing, I do not plan on going into a full out bulk while on the Epi. I am thinking more of a recomp with about 300 cals over maintenance on workout days and right at/just under maintenance on off days.
