I've been thru the threads quite a bit and found a lot of info, I just wanted to get some feedback specific to me. I'm just getting into the gear thing, and dont want to get really heavy into it just looking to smooth out and sculpt those areas I'm having a hard time with. Picked up some stanoplex 100 and some syringes, at 6'00 210 I just want to know whats right for me in terms of dosage, I've heard everything from sticking ed to twice a week. I only want to run the cycle for about 5-6 weeks cause of the toxicity. I've got 10cc's, and just want to gain about 5 lean lbs. I'm happy with my size I just need to lean it out and define the muscles a bit more. My diet is great 6 meals a day, at least 30-50 g protein/meal, lean meats, weights 5 days a week cardio 2-3, vitamins and some OTC supps. A little help would be appreciated. And if I've got this all wrong let me know, I welcome any input.
