I usually do 2ml (10 pumps) but today wanted to try more haha

5 pumps on each shoulder, and 5 pumps spread over the tops of my feet

It seemed like definitely more energy in the gym, libido was almost distracting in the gym.

Also, about two hours after application, i felt a thermogenic effect from it. The only way I can describe it is an "internal warmth."

I notice these things on 2ml, but 3ml felt like a big jump in the above I mentioned.

I never thought about the thermo effect from it. now I will be testing it to see if the same thing is realized in myself. All the other things I totally notice as well as a stronk boner donning ability when taken a few hrs prior to secksy time~
