Hello all... I'd like to introduce myself first off by giving some of my stats...
Age: 22
Height: 6'2''
Weight: 268lb
BF: 23% (according to scale that "measures" it)
Goal: To lose weight, increase strength and endurance, and to do so quickly... but not too quickly as to sound any alarms.
I'd like to come right out and say, I know overnight success isn't something that will happen. I know that nothing I do will magically transform me into a bodybuilder. I know that it will also take thought and much dedication. I've been hitting the gym regularly for close to 4 years. I feel I've met my strength barrier. I'm also looking to increase my running distance while also cutting time off the run. I haven't been able to successfully lose body fat regardless of my cardio and diet. I also feel that the BF% is high as I don't believe I look that fat.
I've chosen to try a cycle of stanzonol (winstrol) for a few different reasons. It appears as though the gyno effects and liver damage are both on the lower ends when compared to harsher gear. I also have found that it is beneficial in cutting fat. I'm afraid I'm not asking the right questions though. So feel free to offer up any information as you see fit, both positive and negative is fine as I know there will be both anyway (lol).
I know I would be using 24g pins and I know where and how to inject. My concerns are as follows:
How much and how often to show results without sounding alarms?
Timing of injections (day/night/pre or post workout)?
What type of training works best?
What should I consider taking with this product (for best results and health)?
Structure of PCT (what/when/why)?
What's the usual cost of something like this from beginning to end?
Realistically, with dedication to all aspects of the cycle, what kind of results are typical?
Sorry to sound like such a noob, but, I am. I've been researching this forum and the internet for a few months to try to determine what would be best. I felt that this forum is the elite of them all and wouldn't only bash me (bb.com) for what I'm looking for information on. Thanks!
