Anyone who's followed any of my logs knows that I sleep like absolute crap lol.

It's not going to be a log I'm just getting a few samples and I'll give my feedback. I was just letting everyone know he's already got it up for sale on the website.

I'm super excited, Mike exceeded my expectations with mitradopa as I'm sure he did everyone else's too. So I wouldn't expect anything less from stage 3z

I'm going to try it on myself and my girlfriend. She doesn't really have sleep problems and I sleep like crap. This way first hand I can see how it affects two totally opposite ends of the spectrum. After I give it a try if I like it and I pick some up which I probably will I'm going to try it out on my father also cuz he has the same thing I have where we wake up in the middle of the night and we're pacing around the house and we don't really ever fall asleep. So that way I can try it on another variable (age) and have myself who's 27 years old for the last 10 years..... ;) vs a older man pushing 70
 
Interested to see your thoughts. Mulungu seems interesting.. Mike may have mentioned it in the original thread but is this flavored at all?
 
very nice .. im a huge fan of GABA ( currently do 3-4x a week ) , would love to give this a shot

I know right lol. But I will say this, if you have never looked at Mike's supplement line, there not your typical run of the mill supplements, there a little bit more hardcore and he makes things to target very specific purposes.

Mitradopa is on another level of brain stimulating type supplements ( that's how I would describe it) I'm hoping for a big sleep improvement from stage 3z, and he also has some serious stim products that I would say rivel the things that the names sound like.

Very impressive stuff if your into those type of things

Make sure to mix it in hot water. NOT boiling (that will cause it to thicken), but hot. It dissolves way easier that way. It doesn't mix the greatest in cold water. I should have put that in the directions (on the label), but somehow, I didn't think of it.

So if you haven't been following the mini log for this product, here's my take on it.

It works, it's not some kind of sedative that's going to just put you out, but once you take it you will start to feel very calm and relaxed. I noticed this effect starting at 2 scoops and the effects increased at 3 and 4 scoops. If your ready to go to bed it's going to make falling asleep easier. If you wanna stay up and watch TV you will be able to but typically on the nights I did that I fell asleep mid show/movie.

The biggest positive for me was it seems to make me stay asleep. I'm only waking up most nights at 3am to pee and I fall right back asleep. One night I tried to respond to a email when I woke up and I was back asleep before I even started typing. When the morning rolls around in up and ready to go. To be fair I'm always like that. I go from dead sleep to wide awake in a second lol.

Even tho 4 was better then 2-3 scoops I'm going back to 3 and going to work on my sleep schedule/routine a little more.

The product mixes and taste better with a tea for me, I also tried mixing it with lemonade and it was quite good that way.

I'm the same way. When I wake up and see the time and if it's remotely close to my alarm I'm up and ready to go. Then of course straight to the kitchen to make breakfast :)
