I recently read an article on supps. in Flex mag so Ill convey that info..
In a nutshell:
Ripped Stack:
Evodiamine (Boosts metabolic rate, reduces hunger and slows digestion to keep you feeling full longer)
Green tea (Boosts metabolic rate. The main catechen in green tea is epigallocatechin gallate which inhibits the breakdown of norepinephrine)
Caffeine (fat burner)
stack like this-a product that contains 30-50 mg of evodiamine, 200-500mg of green tea extract standardized for ECGC & 100-400mg of caffeine per dose

Testosterone stack
Tongkat Ali said to boost test by stimulating the Leydig cells of the Testes and frees it up from sex hormone binding globulin. Tongkat can lower SHBG by about 30% and boosts test levels by almost 20%.
Forskolon - boosts test and burns fat due to the fact that it activates the enzyme Adenylate Cyclase.
Carnitine - known as a fat burner but also enhances the action of Testosterone. Subjects taking carnitine had higher levels of androgen receptors in muscle cells. Test binds to these receptors to instigate muscle growth.
Stack them like this- 100-300mg of Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma Longifilia) with breakfast 30-60 min. before workouts and before bed. Forskolon standardized to provide 20-50mg with active and supplement 2-3 times per day. Carnitine-1.5-3 grams with breakfast , with pre/post workout shakes, & nighttime meal. Tongkat ans Forskolin can be taken 8 weeks on, 2-4 weeks off. Carnitine does not need to be cycled.

Beta-Alanine-boosts the muscle building effects of creatine. Beta alanine combines with Histidine to form Carnosine. The amount of Carnosine in muscle is associated with muscle strentgh and size.
Whey Protein - best protein to take before and after workouts. Digests quickly and rich in branch chain aminos.
Cassein Protein- stacks well with Whey and shows to increase protein synthesis when taken after workouts despite its slow digestion.
stack them like this- Creatine-3-5 grams before and after workouts Beta Alanine 1-2 grams before and after workouts. Whey Protein-20 grams before and 20-30 grams after workouts.

Taurine-higher levels of Taurine are associated with greater muscle strength and endurance. Little is know how it increases performance.
Wheat Germ- active ingredient is Octacosanol, an alcohol that boosts strength,muscle endurance, & reaction time. It increases the ability of the nerves that control muscle contractions to fire faster and more synchronously.
Stack them like this- Betaine- 1,000-1,500 mg, 1-3 grams of Taurine, and a half cup of Wheat Germ added to your pre-workout protein shake(taken within 30 min. prior to training)
