stacking vs just taking more

Question for vets
Whats the difference between stacking and just taking more of the same methyl? I have for example been taking ergomax LMG at 20mg a day. I want to bump to 30 but I dont have enough ergomax and I cant get anymore. I could however take 10mg of superdrol. Is there a difference? Isnt 30mg of methylated steroid 30mg of methylated steroid?
