ok so i guess im prone to gyno while taking sd...i found out my last cycle......i loved the gains tho....would it help to take an anti-e with sd so that i can get the gains with no gyno???ive done tons of reasearch and cant find much about it....

I know this is very debatable, but on-cycle gyno probs with Super seem to be progesterone-related. People (including myself) have had great luck using plain B6 (or P5P as a safer alternative) to fight this itchy, lactating nipple problem.

SD is anti-estrogenic.
Based on...? The original write up that reported this designer to be a blend of anadrol and masteron? Any data to show that it decreases estrogen on cycle?

why wouldn't an anti-e (AI,SERM) on cycle help him? Please explain.

Dr. D and Matt Cahill saying as much is what I base that off of. A quick google will bring up a couple of explainations. I'm too lazy this a.m..

That's what I thought. No real explanation, just theories based on no evidence. SD may not convert to E as thought but I seriously doubt it has any anti-e properties.

Thats news to me, from what I understand SD is synthesized from oxymetholone, explaining why anadrol has been detected in validation analysis. Link me to a claim that states otherwise.

Here is the final draft my webguy is working on getting it up but at least you can all read it now.

Superdrol (methasteron) is definitely not a prohormone: it is a very active form of a designer supplement. Superdrol gets its name from the fact that it is a super-saturated, or 2-reduced, form of Anadrol. Anadrol has a =C-OH at the 2nd position, and if this is totally saturated (reduced) with hydrogen, it gives -CH3. Another way to describe it is that it is a 2a-17a-dimethyl of drostanolone (Masteron). Masteron has a single methyl group at the 2nd position. Superdrol is a modification of this structure by adding another methyl group at the 17th position, like M1T or M-Dien. However you may wish to look at it, it is by this simple-looking transformation that Superdrol comes to occupy the sweet spot between the chemical natures of Anadrol and Masteron.

That said, it was reported that SD may have anti-e properties like the parent compound masteron but when you start playing with chemical structures you play with effects. I have not seen any supporting bloodwork that shows SD has an anti-E effect. I know I have seen bloodwork that suggests it is suppressive and has negative effects on lipid profile.

At what dosage would you use the B6 or P5P on a 10/20/20 cycle of SD? I have both P5P and Vitex in my supp closet in case I ever get the nerve to take my SD out of the freezer!

I was pulsing SD when I got the itchy, puffy nips. So I tried B6 @ 500mg ("on" days only). It worked great - no further probs.
