Stacking Question

you can stack with the old rag, and with new RagNOrok Ultra, you can stack even more easily since the creatine content in rag was lowered a bit for optimal stacking!!

I am hoping... I want to gain some weight this winter and I hoping to gain like 10lbs by May!!! But I have to run 3 times a week so this a tough task for me any help be great!
 
Eat, bro. I've put on 6 lbs so far with Primal Male. My biggest issue is burning wayyy to many calories in judo, and some days when I work I won't eat enough. But I've still gained that weight. You might look into it. It's on sale at Nutra now.

As for the stack you sugg'd above:

4 cre-02 2hrs pre-workout
1scoop rag + 4cit 45min pre-workout
carnage with PWO shake

rag contains around 2g's of ba (which is stated on label), and the studies on BA are showing that multiple doses are a bit better than a single dose.
