Anyone have suggestions on how to stack the below, I'm trying to figure out the proper timing. I wake up at 4:30am and I'm at the gym by 5:15am. I tried R4W+NOS+DTH on an empty stomach, and I was able to keep it down, but just barely. I had a shake 30 min later around 5am, which helped ease things. Also, is it crucial to not have food 15-20 min before or after taking these supplements? Will they lose their effect if food is added?
