Anyone have suggestions on how to stack the below, I'm trying to figure out the proper timing. I wake up at 4:30am and I'm at the gym by 5:15am. I tried R4W+NOS+DTH on an empty stomach, and I was able to keep it down, but just barely. I had a shake 30 min later around 5am, which helped ease things. Also, is it crucial to not have food 15-20 min before or after taking these supplements? Will they lose their effect if food is added?

First off, that's a crazy powerful stack, I only need 2 caps of Ready4War with that one and I'm good for hours!! I down the caps with a protein shake after I get off work, then hit the shower. I chug my NOS Ether on the way to the gym, which is about 2 minutes after taking the caps, and it takes me about 20 mins. to the gym. Feeling crazy amped before I even get to the NOS Ether, and by the time I'm at the gym, I'm ready to rip faces off. Good luck!!
 
Sub you take yours that close to gym time? It is an awesome stack isnt it! I take 3-4
R4W, 4 DTHC, and 2 scoops of NOS Ether about 60-90 minutes before the gym on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up in the morning WHOA. This new DTHC hits fast and hard! People amaze me, I have let several people try 3-4 R4W and 2 scoops NOS Ether Pro and they say they can't even feel it??????? What?????? What?????? Then they say it must not work for them like other crappy products that I will not mention! I think people don't know the difference between a great workout and a caffeine buzz lol. Hands down unbeatable and unbelievable workouts with the NOS Ether Pro + R4W combo! It is insane!

The best thing to do is take NOS ETHER and R4W and DTH 1 hour pre-workout and your shake 2h prior. Thats the best thing to do. With you working out that early and waking up like 45min preworkout, you should:

Take protein/DTH and R4W soon as u get up (no NOS ETHER), and 2 scoops NOS ETHER post workout, then 1.5 to 2 scoops before lunch.
 
Yeah, I take mine closer to gym time than most, stuff always hits me fast and leaves fast. I honestly don't know how people do more than 1 scoop JP8 or more than 2 caps ready4 War, I'm speechless. Especially when it's stacked with either DTH or NOS Ether, or both. The thing I love is no crash. Always pleased with the line-up from Get Diesel.
