I don't think it would hurt a thing.....It's not going to do anything either IMO I've used both years ago and had naught to show for it but a thinner wallet

Darn that's a drag Cus I ordered Em already. With jw extreme just in case I ordered "cycle" from al sports. Just as a precaution from all the mixxed reviews on weather or not I need a support
