Hi guys,

Is it possible to stack ginseng GS-14, Rhodiola, Cordyceps (and maybe saffron) in the morning, or it would be too stimulating or anxiogenic?

Thanks!

Sure, one could do that. Test it out. If it is unfavorable, then test dosages, and even remove certain ingredients. You might like to try this:

So I am by no means an expert, just another jackass who has Experimented with a lot of nootropics (and other supplements). But my theory is with herbal supplements to only do one at a time. My thinking is while there may be evidence as to how X, Y, and Z work, where are the studies to say how they might interact with each other?

Other supplements Like alcar and various choline products don’t apply to my admittedly unproven theory.
