Ok I'm looking at either The NO Shotgun/NO Synthesize combo or NOshotgun and M-stak.
PS- I already drink After Max post workout (40g of Protein and Simple Carbs, 5g. of Creatine and Glutamine) So basicly it is pointless to get the NO Sythesize for Post?
I would do neither. Shotgun is decent preworkout but older versons were better. So people like Mstak but no the best.
Look at getting some jacked and DominATP... mix them preworkout and get ready for great workouts. Post you are doing what you need. 40-60g whey and 70-90g carbs and some mono and glutamine. Good to go.
