Thanks for the info, I think I may have actually read that at some point, the other thing I have kinda been wondering about is why wet compounds seem to be like held in this inferior light, like half of what you get is just water and glycogen. Wouldn't it be beneficial to have extra water and glycogen in the body to help facilitate growth? Also, the fact that the wet compounds seem to be easier on the joints seems like that would be best especially since out of no where your strength is sky rocketing and putting demands on your tendons and joints that it previously couldn't handle.
