I have been reading the forums for a few weeks now, picking up quite a bit of info, all of which has helped tons. I had a few questions regarding dosing and timing of a new stack that was recommended to me and naturally I thought of asking for help here.
I plan on stacking the following for leaning out a bit:
Adrenalean
Lean Extreme
CLA
Sesamin
Fish Oil
As well as the following to keep strength up and not loose any lean mass:
Whey Protein(mostly Syntha-6, but regular whey isolate as well)
BCAA's (both in capsules and bulk from nutraplanet)
My main concern is the dosing and timing of the first group above. I just finished a pretty sucessful bulking cycle with creatine monohydrate for about ten weeks but I put on a bit more fat than I would have liked to.
Any help would be great.
As for me, I'm 6'5", 235lbs, about 13%bf as of yesterday. I would ideally like to get to around 9-10%bf before I begin to put on weight again. I need to be around 245lbs for college football next year and I want to make sure its quality lean mass, hence trying to get rid of the body fat now.
