hello everybody long time not be around...
im training at gym 13 years now im 33 years old
been use basic stack :
multi - orange tribe + greens
Oximega Fish Oil
curcumin
fitmax - alphmine and others from burn fats powder with focus - powder burner instaed of coffee in the morning
amino as eaa drinks
protein powder - whey isolate afer workout and blend in between \
sometimes casien before bad
natty - follidrone 2.0 BLR and loved it
also olympus labs ep1logue the same epic...with vaso 6 for pumps
didnt use creatine in the few years didnt like the mono - it work but make my face and body water
use few times hcl but didnt notice diffrent so the last 2 years dont use it.
use a lot pre workout try the most i think :) now im gonna need find mid ones and not the high stims dont want my heart will be rush agian!
what is best pre no stim???

ive had '' Myocarditis '' :( it was viral so lets hope it dont come back agian
3 hard months didnt workout at all ! and loose about 7-8 kg :(

but now im 100% healthy now and so want so much to come back to gym
i got doc approv me to get back to gym slowly
so this is my story on one lag

so after all i need your help which stack to build for the next 6 months?
which new natty? x gels sns ?never been use and heard goods...
want to go up but lean

i have also at home 2 bottls of AR1MACARE PRO by olympus labs closed
and 1 super pct and 1 hand a half of follidrone 2.0
what u suggest to use with them???

Since you have been out of the gym for some time, I would just focus on your staple supplements (multi, vitamin d, fish oil, protein powderm and maybe a pre workout) and let muscle memory do its thing. After a couple of months, I would add supplements. If you liked follidrone 2.0, BLR has Vector as a natural anabolic and there has been great feedback with it. It is something that fits your goals to put on weight and strength.
