!st cycle PCT please help

Going to start my first cycle very soon and want to do this the right way so looking for expert advice on what to run and dosages while on cycle and PCT.


Cycle Plan:

Sustanon 350: 10-12 weeks (500-700ml per week) sticking twice per week

Anavar 25mg capsules 8-10 weeks (50mg per day)


During Cycle:

I will be taking milk thistle 500=1000mg ED and other OTC vitamins for liver, kidney, heart, BP, keeping dick working
Do I need HCG while on cycle? If so what do you vets recommend? How much and how often?
AI during cycle? Arimidex .25mg ED? Lots of mixed reviews on this don't want to take it if I don't need it but can have it in hand if needed


PCT:

Novaldex 40/40/20/20? not sure how much and when to start I have been researching this and found many mixed opinions
Clomid?

For pct do nolva at 20/20/10/10 and grab an otc pct product like sup3r pct and maybe even a natty product to help you old onto your gains.

I would tweak that cycle quite a bit. if this is your first cycle, then I'd hold off on the Anavar for now. Also, get pre-cycle bloodwork.

300-600 mg/wk of testosterone should be just fine. I would not go 12 weeks for your first cycle.... length of time "on" has a direct effect on how long it takes your HPTA to recover. I would suggest sticking closer to 8 weeks for your first time.

don't worry about milk thistle, etc... your kidneys and liver should be largely unaffected by a testosterone-only cycle.

for an AI, lots of guys used A-dex at .25 mg EOD.

for PCT, I'd suggest Clomid at 25/day.

here's how I'd run it all:

Week 1-8:
Sustanon-500 mg/wk
A-dex-.25 mg/EOD

Week 9-10:
A-dex-.25 mg/EOD

Week 11-16:
Clomid-25 mg/day

It's just personal preference. I would suggest Nolva 20/20/10/10 and keep an AI in hand (just in-case). Clomid sides are a little heavier than Nolva.

Some people just prefer one over the other and some use both at the same time.

SERM, I prefer Clomid, AI on hand, all in one OTC product (AlphaMax XT or Super PCT)

Day after last pin?
Week after?
2 or 3?

Also do I need to try and get some HCG or should I be ok without it?
