SSJ4GOD’s Unsponsored OL AlphaBulk Log

Some extra observations for day 4. Occasionally before alpha bulk, I would notice the blood pressure thumps in my ears every now and then. Since starting alpha bulk, I have not at all. Also been tracking my heart rate and on average it has increased. Not significantly but definitely an average increase. I am going to start tracking my blood pressure (I have a little machine) to see if it has any measurable impact.
Muscles do seem to feel harder. My wife grabbed my arm the other day and commented I was feeling solid.

No stomach/gi issues at all (besides the now mild burping).
Also and it might be just a coincidence but I have noticed more carb cravings.

Day 3 thoughts: burps continue but only for an hour. So much better than day 1. Quads were pretty damn pumped today! No joke that this stuff seems to have as I stated before a mental clarity effect. I love it. Nothing much else to report. Kettle bells and core tomorrow again but I am wicked excited for back and bi day on Friday to really feel the pump!

Came home and walked 2.5 miles with a 20lb weight vest.

the energy thing is no joke. I’ve been wanting to workout more (duration wise) and frequency as well. Like I said, I’ll have to force myself to have an off day at this point 🤣

I did. I actually had 2 done. First one my insomnia was so bad they couldn’t do anything. Once I’m asleep I’m asleep. But at my worst it was a common occurrence to take 2-3 hours to fall asleep. I got diagnosed with circadian rhythm disorder. And I take both. I take 5 mg of melatonin almost right after dinner and then I take the rameleton 30 mins before bed. I only take the melatonin for the spectrum of its benefits and the remelteon is more specific in what it targets. Either way I feel much better than I did on ambien or lunesta and even unisom.

Not wanting to bust up what works for you but have you ever looked into using CBN:CBD Tincture? It’s non intoxicating but Is incredible for sleep. It doesn’t tell me I’m tired so to say but when I lay down, I’m usually out very quickly and I do not wake up.

Alright guys. My legs were hurting a bit today lol. Skipped the kettle bells today besides 4 sets of 25 rep side bends each side and did two 2.5 mile walks to try and stretch the legs out. Swings and stuff were just not going to happen lol.
After the walks I still hit abs. I did 10x10 sit-ups, 10x10 v-ups, 10x10 reverse crunches and 5 sets of 30 seconds lifting and holding my legs 6 inches. Performed 4 sets of moving planks for 1 minute each. I will be purchasing a medicine ball to add in some more core stuff this weekend.
Felt great today besides the sore legs. Must have been those pause sets mixed with the extra pump from Alpha Bulk. Back and biceps tomorrow so that is the real test for this stuff!

Back and biceps tomorrow so that is the real test for this stuff!

I always love hitting back and biceps together. Probably my favorite two body parts to train.

I agree. I find my biceps don’t need much to grow and a whole day dedicated to arms leaves me incapacitated at times. Getting back and biceps is perfect

Day 5:
Holy **** pumps on this stuff are damn good. Very very similar to AA but has an added mental push to it!

today was back and biceps. Had to stop early from arms being pumped.
Lat pull-down wi

Did a 2.5 mile walk today with the 20lb vest and added 2lb wrist and ankle weights.

day 5 thoughts: I love this stuff. I took it later today with food vs fasted and didn’t burp up the flavor even one time. I’m feeling great. Pump gets extended significantly post workout. Despite the mental push and increased energy, zero issues with sleep. If anything I’m sleeping better because of the extra work. Carb cravings are real tho. Besides walking, I’m taking the weekend off and hitting chest again on Monday which I’m super excited for! My wife asked me if I was taking a new preworkout or something because my arms looked so pumped today lol

My wife asked me if I was taking a new preworkout or something because my arms looked so pumped today lol

That's a good sign! #results :)

First things first.
Just walked on Saturday and Sunday. Only thing I noticed is that even with zero caffiene/preworkout, this stuff definitely wakes you up mentally. It’s a really good feeling.

now. Start of week 2.
Day 8:
Chest and triceps I performed the following:

Chest press matrix machine
70lbs for 25
90lbs for 12 reps
120lbs for 10 reps
140lbs for 8 reps

Pec fly machine
40lbs for 25 reps
70lbs for 12 reps
100 lbs for 10 reps

Hammer strength chest press
40lbs each side for 25
50lbs each side for 12
70lbs for 10
80lbs for 8

Dumbell incline press
30 lbs for 12

60lbs for 25 reps
80lbs for 20 reps

Tricep Single rope pull down
15 lbs for 12 reps each side
15 lbs for 10 reps each side
Following is no rest between sets
10lbs for 25 reps each side
10lbs for 20 reps each side
10lbs for 15 reps each side
10lbs for 10 reps each side

Tricep push down
40 lbs for 10
35lbs for 10
30lbs for 10
25lbs for 10
20lbs for 10
15lbs for 10
10lbs for 10

Day 8 thoughts: much much sweatier than normal. The desire for extra reps is there mentally due to the extra push this stuff gives. Chest pump was great and tricep pump was fantastic! Lasted so long too! Big note time: I can officially say pump is on the level of arachadonic acid but…doesn’t have the same level of soreness and also has that mental kick in the butt to go with it. A better version of AA I would say. Also noticed I am appearing leaner in a few places. Negatives: slight heart rate increase pretty much since I started taking this product. Burping continues but it’s a 2/10 level vs the 9/10 of day one.

Nice volume on the chest and tricep workout! Glad you got a good pump from it!

How long did this workout take you? Trying to guage my own volume.

Day 9:
kettle bell swings
10 sets of 20 reps…felt compelled
30-45 seconds between sets and 1 min towards the end. Not bad for the he amount of reps lol

kettle bell clean and press
10 sets of 10 each side with 1 minute rest after both arms finished a set.

Planks
3 sets of 1 minute with side to side hip twists

sit-ups
10 sets of 10

leg raises
10 sets of 10

2.5 mile walk and 1.5 mile jog (estimated at 4ish mph so slow but faster than walk)

day 9 thoughts: body soreness is really low for what i should be feeling which is great for keeping intensity up. I feel like I always have to be moving (in a good lot anxious way). Sweat still elevated. Felt really really clear headed today.

So far this seems very promising.

Once I run out of X-Gels, I'll start in on this. No sense combining the two.

Awesome! You'll have to let us know when you do and your thoughts on it after you run a bottle (or two) of it :)

Subbed. Just received AB today and will post soon. Great work so far brother!

Ok opened it up. Capsules have a citrusy smell. I liken it to an essential oil while my wife said it smells like cleaner. It’s not a bad smell by any means. Capsules have oil on them as well particulates inside (assuming some things are not soluble. Smell seems to linger a bit and after handling a capsule it seems to make my hand have the scent for a bit. Just some first day observations.
Is there any benefit to shaking the capsules before supplementing, so that the contents get mixed and the particles become more soluble?

Nah. It all goes to the same place. Think of it like eating eggs and bacon. Any change if you mix the bacon win With the eggs (nutritionally…nope

Forgot to post my workout yesterday lol 😂

Nice workout! I've got shoulders today myself!

How did I miss this! I’ll get caught up! Thanks bro

Tomorrow. Been really busy getting my house ready for sale

It's a good market to sell. I know houses have been going quick in my area. Only on the market for a few days before sold.

Ok sorry for the lack of updates. I have been working pretty much all day on floors and painting to get my house ready for sale. Been a lot of physical work. I have been getting mini workouts in here and there and still feel fantastic.
Day 22:
Today was chest. I decided to edit my workouts to be more focused on a particular body part so today was chest only. Hit incline pretty hard. Got a killer pump and intense burn
Warmup:
Push-ups
25 regular
25 wide
25 close

incline dumbbell press:
10 lb dumbbells for 100 reps
15 lb dumbbells for 2 sets of 50 reps
20lb dumbbells for 10 sets of 10
30lb dumbbells for 10 sets of 10
40lb dumbbells for 10 sets of 10
30lb dumbbells for 10 sets of 10
20lb dumbbells for 10 sets of 10
15lb dumbbells for 10 sets of 10
10lb dumbbells for 2 sets of 50

Flat bench dumbell presses
60lbs for 10
55lbs for 10
50lbs for 10
45lbs for 10
40lbs with 5 second pause at bottom for 10 reps

dumbbell flys
10lbs for 50 reps
20lbs for 12
25lbs for 10
30lbs for 8
25lbs for 10
20lbs for 12
10lbs for 5 sets of 10

finished with smith machine push-ups (start almost standing doing 10 pushups, move bar next rung down and do 10, all the way down and then back up.

whole workout took roughly 42 minutes.

Things of Note: diet has been all over the place because of the house work but definitely have a positive change in body composition. BIGGEST THING NOTICED: in probably the last week until now, muscle contraction strength is off the charts. If I flex, I feel like I can keep contracting harder and harder. Anyone else notice this? Mind muscle connection is strong as hell too due to this extra contraction strength. Energy has never been better.

Awesome news! Good feedback!

Great feedback bro. Appreciate the transparency and glad it’s working for you

Day 23:
Alternating Seated incline dumbbell hammer curls
10lbs for 50 reps
25lbs 10 reps for 10 sets

Alternating standing dumbbell curls
35lbs 5 reps for 5 sets
45lbs 1 rep for 5 sets
60lbs 1 rep for 1 set

Standing barbell curl (10-15 seconds between sets)
25lbs for 10 reps
25lbs for 9 reps
25lbs for 8 reps
25lbs for 7 reps
25lbs for 6 reps
25lbs for 5 reps
25lbs for 4 reps
25lbs for 3 reps
25lbs for 2 reps
25lbs for 1 rep
And then worked back up to 10

Behind the back dumbell wrist curls
15 lbs for 4 sets of 25 each arm

Reverse curls
20lbs for 4 sets of 25

Final burn:
Standing dumbell curls with a 10 second hold at 90 degrees
10lbs for 10 reps

thoughts: absolutely massive pumps. It’s been really long since I have been able to dumbbell curl more than 50lbs comfortably and while the 60lbs was not comfy it went up! When I have a workout partner I normally finish biceps with buddy curls but since I’m all alone I thought I should take advantage of the extra contraction strength. Arms feel massive!

Didn’t work out at all today. Had a massive headache all day that I just couldn’t shake plus some chills earlier in the day. Figured I would take a day to do absolutely nothing.

I don’t blame you. It’s going around.

How’s it going over here bro! Hope you’re not too sick

Hope you recovered okay! So you started this on the 4th Feb, Did you only get one bottle? So how do feel about the product the month you been on it, what sticks out most? Any real gainez? like the beta tester lol
