If a combination of Ostarine and LGD is worthless, so a Testosterone and another AAS in combination would be. And we all know that's not the case 
The only thing that could happen that you are taking a stronger compound which superimpose the "weaker" one.
Yes, when LGD-4033 came out (and there were nearly no studies, that was a funny time) there was some broscience, that Ostarine and LGD-4033 won't fit together. The word "broscience" fits in here very well because no one knows exactly how two SARM interact in the human body. Therefore you have to derive analog from an AAS stack.
Of course you can add them if you want. Me personally won't stack Ostarine and LGD together, S-4 is here a much better option. Then you will have a compound which will add muscle mass and one, which give you more strenth instead of two compounds with main effect in giving more muscle mass.
It's always a question of the body compose of the drug abuser. Someone with higher muscle mass (more receptors) will have a higher benefit instead one with lower muscle mass. The chance - that both compound dock on fully - is higher than in the second one, and that would be a waste.

I bought this the other day. It was $100 but I talked the sellers (reputable) down to $50 by certain ways. Everything looks awesome but the 15mg LGD is kind of scary. I've never used it before so unsure if I should even do it. I have a proper PCT available if the only concern is shut down. Basically, is 15mg of LGD dangerous in terms of physical health or sudden problems?

A typical product which is stuffed with all kinds of substances. As CJNator said some of them are underdosed (NAC with 50mg, really? You have to take four capsules to have a useful amount of NAC). But then you are on 60mg with LGD, which is 6x over the used dosage.
It's like a blind person created this SARM stack. You would have better invested in the single compounds which you need and not in such a product with is made for profit only.
I put my hand in fire that this product is also underdosed. But this are only personal opinon and shouldn't be viewed as product bashing.
