Sorry can't figure out where else to put this. This is so healthy for your body. Freaking amazing and great when your abs are too sore, to poop. Invalid Link Removed it's extremely hard to go number 2 without this, after you use this. I think overall I feel healthier, since I bought these a few years ago. I have them in all my bathrooms.
 
Saw this on tv for the first time not to long ago and was extremely intrested in it so really works hmmmm might have to get one
 
I have friends that have it, they swear by it lol
 
It is worth the $30.00 or so dollars for it. I really works good. It empties you out. It's healthy for your bowels. You know how they say some people get hernias from straining. It makes it difficult to go number 2 without it. You just sit there and put your feet on it. Your colon is not curved, when making a bowel movement, it's straight with squatty potty.

No I bought this. I'm a female, just to clarify. My ex was really into anal, I'm not but I did it anyway. I bought enemas. Never needed to use enemas, I just brought that with me. No problems.

FWIW, there are generic ones for cheaper on Amazon. We have 2. Wife and kids love them. Personally they did not help me, but actually hindered the "movement". I guess my colon is weird shaped. :)

I don't know about the generic one. It's probably too short or tall for you.
