I can see the logic behind it, the main thing I question is the nicotine patch(appetite suppressant is all I get).
Any thoughts on this would be good to hear especially from those with chemistry education.

Nicotine patch. Toremifene. Hydrocortisone tablets for breakfast and lunch. Anavar pre-workout. Intermittent fasting. Fasted lifting. One meal a day, at night. High-dose melatonin at bedtime.
You're never going to find anything more effective than this.
