no i dont have eithier
well todays day three tuesday i have class tonight so its one of my light days just abbs forarms and calfs. I should also mention i started doing cardio a few weeks ago im up to 20 minutes 6 days a week hope to lose a little more that way for this summer.
8:00 AM took first set of supps ate 4 whole 2 just white eggs 2 tortillas 1 1/2 cups milk cup of cereal scoop of protien
12:00 AM had a shake 2 scoops protien 3 cups milk and a packet of oatmeal
i will write the rest of my day tonight after class i feel good right now still sore from legs on sundy though .
