Spring Recomp Cycle

Just set the phone up on video recording and take a video, then go back and take still shots from the vid for pics. Delete vid afterwards. That easy.
 
Sorry I haven't gotten the pics up yet. I'm trying to get a new phone for better pics. Will get some today regardless.

I am so fccking sorry guys. Its been hectic as fcck as usual with work and family.

BUT, I do have some much needed nudez even though no one would help. But its the best I could do with what I had.

But I'm bumping the Epi to 3 caps a day (45mg). The tren is going really good at this point. If my ****ty phone wasn't so ****ty, you would be able to see the massive veins in my abs and everywhere else.

I have decided to drop the test dose to 200ish in the cruise for 6 maybe 8 weeks then go again on something else. Not sure what but the pct after this will be long and slow.

It's not just the phone, it's also the lighting bud. Lighting is everything when it comes to seeing details in your physique.

I know. My bathroom lighting is good but its so damn hard to get someone to do it.

Lighting is everything. I know because if I was in your lighting I would look sh ittier!
 
Ok. I'm going back to Oxford this weekend and will be tested again. I've upped my calories (significantly) while keeping them ~95% clean. I swear if I don't register at more than 185+ with less than 10%, I'm going back to 60ish clean because my metabolism is too damn high with the Tren.

Sorry to the guys that have the opposite problem. Not trying to brag. But I will post the results Saturday or Sunday when I get a chance.

Had to take a rest day due to my elbow giving me some trouble lately. It was needed though.
 
That's ok. I am cutting at 3000-3100 a day with a refeed day near 4000. Doesn't mean I am not hungry, dammit! LOL

I havent had a burger and fries in months. Too dirty lol.

Sooooo, I made some poor choices last night lol. Ended up drinking and bar hopping all night last night. Got really drunk with a bunch of college kids. Honestly, I had an awesome time.

To anyone that hasn't been to Oxford, MS (University of Mississippi - Ole Miss is here), The Square is where all of the nightlife is. Its a bunch of bars and restaurants right next to each other. Like a bunch of bars. We went to like 6 or 7 I think.

I don't normally drink much or go to bars ever, but I had a lot of fun and will do it again sometime. Was really hung over this morning though. Stomach was fine but major headache. I forgot to drink water throughout the night after the 2nd bar.

No liver issues or pain. I didn't think there would be considering Epi is somewhat mild compared to others.

Question

I do have one problem lately though. Ice been getting bloated very easy lately. It started a couple days ago. Even Gatorade makes me feel bloated. I don't know if it's the Epi or something unrelated. Has anyone ever had this problem with Epi?
 
You know he did his good deed for the month and helped a fatty feel another warm body.

I didn't take any girls home this time. I was too drunk towards the end to comprehend what the girls were saying without getting distracted lol. I pulled one chick in literally 30 seconds lol.

Gotta love confidence and muscles.
