Spring Recomp Cycle

Guys, my diet has been slacking majorly. I've been eating clean but I just haven't been getting the amount of calories I should be.

So to everyone that has my phone number, I need you guys to randomly text/call me here and there and hound me to eat more.

So here's an awesome update. As you guys know, my mom had been going to the gym with me every day. Well she had a doctor appointment today and so far she has lost 14lbs! And its not water weight either. Its actual legit weight. She's doing damn good. Couldn't be more proud!

Hahaha so far, Ryan has been making me eat a lot. I'm stuffed thanks to him lol. Like miserably full. Just what I need lol

I haven't puked but I wanted to lol. I'm gonna try to spread out all of my calories throughout the day.

1200 by noon
1200 by 5pm
400-600 before gym around 5-6pm
1000+ before 9pm

Totaling at least 4000 each day. I can do it easily, I just need to focus on it and quit procrastinating.

Suggestion, don't get too full before the gym, Load up 1,500 after. you might be shooting a video after all!
Eating after your workout might be a chore, for me it's hard to eat a lot after I workout for some reason.

Its easy for me to eat a lot after. I normally drink a 400 calorie shake directly after leaving. And then go home and eat a big dinner. But ill try what you said. Ill aim for only 400 directly before the gym and then 1500+ after.
 
So I hit a PR last night! One I'm VERY proud of.

Dip with a 45lb plate for 8 reps!

Now I just need to work on pullups to even it out. I can do +20 but haven't in a while.

I haven't read through the thread but I would interpret that cycle as more of a moderate bulk than a lean gains while staying cut recomp.

The dbol and Test E is likely to cause water retention which will blur your cuts (perhaps different with an anti-e).

Personally, I would run higher dose anavar at around 40-50mg/day along with maybe some test at around 3-500mg/week. You should gain lean muscle and I would think see some fat loss as well.

I would save the dbol and higher amounts of test for bulking, but that's based on my own experience.

Tren isn't just for fatloss tren is also one of the best bulkers too

Yes. I didn't mean it was only for fat loss. But known for essentially turning all calories into muscle

Actually I've never used tren personally but it's certainly regarded as the most powerful AAS overall.
 
Primo and proviron together. Primo @ 75mg/day and Proviron @ 50mg/day for duration if cycle

OR

EQ @ 600mg/wk for 12-16 weeks

OR

Mast E @ 400-600mg/wk for entire duration

OR

Primo E @ 400mg/wk duration

OR all of them together

Thanks for the input. I'm way past the dbol at this point. I mainly used it as a quick strength and size gain. I doubt I'll use it again as I didn't care much for how I looked. I didn't retain a lot of water like I was expecting. I do have pharma exemestane that I use when needed.

I've decided to change the Anavar to Epistane which I started today actually. Going 30mg for 2 weeks and then 45mg for the last 3 weeks. I would do it differently but I have 15mg caps instead of tabs.
Tren isn't just for fatloss tren is also one of the best bulkers too
I could bulk like a mofo on tren if I tried and changed my diet and routine. Even drop some bf in the process.

Rest day today. Really needed it. Mom hit me with a bombshell yesterday. Due to where we are, there are no jobs available to her. She asked if I would consider moving to Nashville soon due to jobs she is qualified for being available there. I'm gonna have to think about it as I really don't want to up and move to a new place again.

Oh and I forgot. Just got a package from Vein Nutrition with their new flavors of Sedation and Rupture which I will be reviewing for them. Ill post a link to the reviews once I do them. Also have a package coming from Gaspari for review of their HyperAmino. Will post a link for the log as well once it arrives.

I'm in Savannah, TN area. So only about 2 hours West of it. In just sick of uprooting my life over and over again. This will be the 6th time since 2011.

Well dang, I'm from Tipton County, TN. Lived there for 25yrs lol. We have a river house just up the road from Savannah that I'll be visiting in a week.
 
My hamstrings and muscles on the back side of my thighs have been really tight lately. Even to the point of cramping often in certain positions. So I'm gonna try to get more water in (I've been slacking on water intake) and more potassium/taurine and see if that helps.

I'm gonna take some pics since i started the Epi a couple days ago to log the difference it makes along with an update on the Tren.

But you might want to look into what supps can help shrink your giant bucket head. It's kinda making your shoulders look small.

Eh, Don't bother with IGF. 99.8% of it selling on the market is faked anyways.

I'll tell you how to work that slin in a safe manner and it'll totally change how you view bulking and cutting forever. Plus, it's legal and runs about $25 and it will last anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Cheap and effective. I can't speak enough about the ability to hang on to mass while cutting on slin.

And I don't buy the hard gainer excuse. I was a scrawny boy when I started and over time learned how to put down some food. Now I cut on 2500-3000kcals/day, lol. Go get some GHRP-6 & 2 and MK-677 and you won't have eating problems anymore...well, you won't have those eating problems anymore - you'll have all new eating disorders, lol. And don't let my "162" turn you off - it's a best-in-class 162.

Bottom line - you need to eat. Especially if you are about to take some gear or PH. Take advantage of that extra anabolic activity man. Don't be damaging your internals for nothing!

It's my first week using slin in a cycle, no problems so far.
Will see how it works in a cut later on. Using it pre-workout with intra carbs, gives a good pump too!

1-2 weeks, depending on how much you took. Sodium retention is normal on high androgen cycles - it has very little to do with estrogen levels. Just drink a lot of water and be patient. It will come off eventually.

The other factor is how fat or lean you are. Estrogen receptors live predominantly in fat cells so it stands to reason that if you are on the fatter side (12-20% BF), water weight will be more prominent. Leaner individuals generally see less differences between their watery version and their dry version. I would say for guys in contest prep, the difference is more like whether you are grainy and vascular vs. not grainy and not as vascular and generally less striations, particularly in the glutes, back, arms & lower abdomen.

Anyways, I digress.

I need to clarify that you look good, bud. Was not meant to be a shot at you at all. You need to drink 2G water daily and eat 300-400g of carbs, spread out throughout the day to fill those muscles out and dry up a bit. Yes, eating lots of carbs at several meals with 2-3G water daily actually dries you out AND gives you mass at the same time. Imagine that!
