Spring Recomp Cycle

I'm just waiting for that to happen lol.

someday... i only had it once and it wasn't until like my 50th pin or something so its not like an everyday thing. So long as you realize whats happening you'll be ok (even tho it feels like youll never live again).

I dont know if thats actually a proven fact or not but thats always the assumption... some people seem to get it a lot more than others tho so it may not always be... Tren (unsolved) mysteries

Lol. I accidently hit veins here and there with test and have never had an issue.
 
mmorso don't be mad. But I took a couple Adderall yesterday. Turns out it was a good indicator of high stim BP. So I checked it at work a couple times and it was only at 143/87. So I feel much better about using stims like I normally do.

Much needed rest day yesterday. Will be hitting the gym after work today. Gonna try to make it earlier than usual because its my birthday and we're going out to do net tonight.

I was talking to @fdigioia about upping my Tren dosage to 50mg a day. He said wait until day 10 to change it so that's what I'm going to do.

Everything's good. No weight gain yet. Strength is slowly going up. I haven't gotten any back pumps thankfully. But I have been getting ab pumps which suck big time.

Also, have some pretty bad PIP on both delts from the prop and ace.
 
I'm gonna be adding in deadlifts starting today. I haven't done them in a very long time so its gonna be interesting.

I'm still sitting at 185 today. I've started sweating my ass off during my workouts. I can literally feel the heat radiating off of my chest. Strength is up a bit. Libido is way up. Random erections throughout the day.
 
Quick update for you stalking, non-contributing, butt holes. Tren is starting to work its magic. Aggression is going up but no worries there so far. Had a stupid, kissy moment earlier but I was coming down from the combination of Redbull, Thermogenesis and Bloodshot.

Muscles have filled out majorly. Also, I'm not a big fan of dbol. Makes me look all squishy like. I'm not but I feel like it. Still sitting around 12-14% body fat. Haven't weighed myself but I know I haven't gained any more weight.

I'm considering throwing in dbol, tren and test NE for preworkout which will extend the dbol like 20 days. I'm not sure though.

Hell yeah man. I just bumped to 50ed so it should be good. Had a significant strength increase suddenly yesterday. Like 10lb dumbell press increase.

I don't think your current protocol could be considered "dry". Dbol? I;ve never run it myself, but the general consensus seems to be that it is a wet compound. I'd probably go with tbol or var as far as orals are concerned. At the end of the day your diet will be the biggest factor.

Its not dry but my body naturally processes estrogen very well so it does feel dryer than what I'm used to.

I'm still trying to figure out what oral to use as a finisher. Probably gonna go with var.

I guess you're pretty lucky then lol I know dbol bloats some guys up pretty bad. I'm running var rn for the first time and I feel like it's starting to really do its thing. Muscles are nice and full, and abs/core feel solid. Sitting at around 9% bf so hopefully I get to experience the full extent of cosmetic benefits.

Nice. I'm at about 12% right now. Hoping the tren keeps me there with some weight gain.

Significant strength increase today. All the lifts were solid today. Had a great pump today rather quickly. In guessing that's due to the Tren since yesterday was the last day of the Dbol.

I went ahead and ordered some TNE to use as a preworkout. Gonna start with 50mg an hour before getting to the gym.

Still no weight increase but I have leaned out quite a bit. Vascularity has increased some as well.

I also bumped the Tren dosage to 50mg daily. The only sides in having right now is difficulty sleeping. But I should be able to take care of that with bud or something else if necessary.

Will do bro. I just bought the tryptophan earlier so ill be trying it out tonight.
 
Does anyone know if CEM is still legit? I'm gonna throw in some IGF-1, CJC or HGH depending on price and availability.

Can't comment if they are still legit but I'd say spend your money on some mk-677 and run it low/moderate dosage . More bang for your buck . Deff helped my recovery time , skin , sleep , everything .
