Spring Recomp Cycle

So I didn't have any bp issues. The test is definitely kicking in already. Libido is way up and confidence is going up again. This lab is better than the last one.

The dbol is going strong now. Look at this sh1t:

This is gonna be an interesting cycle once the tren starts kicking in. Hopefully it'll be here Thursday and starting to kick in before I run out of the dbol.

Only 7 days. Only doing about 25 days. Test for 12 and hopefully 8 for tren. Still have to see about that one.

Lol I do need new jeans. Quads have gotten pretty big even before the cycle.

But hopefully the tren will continue what the dbol started.

Looking back on it now, I kinda wish I would've gone the tbol route instead. At some points lately, I can feel my liver hating me lol. I do need to up my water intake though. I've been slacking.
 
Since its still the beginning of this cycle, I'm heavily considering switching routines to something with much higher volume. The HST is good for strength but I tend to push too hard and run the risk of injury like last time.

Plus, I did a high volume workout yesterday and responded really well to it. Any ideas on a program or should I just make one?

Don't have any templates for that. been a long a ss time since I have hit the gym 5 days a week.
got a 4 day A/B split that I do in the winter.
I'm just gonna write one out myself since I know exactly what I'm wanting to do.

I get a lot of leg exercise and cardio at work so I don't need any more than once or twice a week.
 
I think if I was in your position, I would P,P, off Legs, off and continue with that using a PHAT style progression. Plenty of volume to take advantage of the cycle.

Since you get a lot of leg action at work I would have one Leg explosion only day. (on a day you don't work) I mean no Pus sy crap. 10 sets of squats! like blow a nut off kind of intensity! with good form that is.

Get a good warm up. like walking for 10 min. then a couple of light sets for 6 reps. then pull in your nuts and pick a weight you can get for 12 reps.
Reps of 12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3.

rest a little then try to walk out of the gym!

What symptoms did you have that indicated that your liver was "hating you"?

Well for some context, I have a liver problem from my younger days as a drug/alcohol user. Now I get blood work done every few months just to keep an eye on it. Liver enzymes are always on the low end for this issue.

For example; whenever I drink a lot and don't stay hydrated I get an odd feeling directly under my right lung where my liver is. Not painful just slightly uncomfortable.

That's how I know if something is affecting my liver.

DAY 1 OF TREN!

Injected 50mg tren ace and 100mg test prop into left delt. Surprisingly haven't had as much PIP as I thought I would like last time. Might be the lower dosage.

Anyone know how long it takes Tren Ace to start working? mmorso booneman77 Alpha1agreda enhanced bighulksmash

couple days at most. you may even "feel" it almost immediately (a couple hrs) but true impact within 3 days or so max
