Spring cutting

Hey guys,
Planning my spring cut and looking for some macro ratio advice. I'm going to be taking test cyp@ 400/ week to preserve muscle, and not sure if that will affect macro requirements.

Basic info:

6'3", (hopefully 190lbs by the time I finish bulking)
23 years old
About 13%bf

I was thinking 30p/45c/25f for a starting point, then slowly cutting carbs each week, while adding more cardio.
Wondering if these ratios look good, and if I'll need to incorporate a carb refeed day.

Maintaining 190 lbs: about 3200cals/ day

240g protein
360g carbs
89g fat


Cutting:

Week 1: 3100 cals
240g protein
310g carbs
89 g fat

Week 2: 3000 cals
240g protein
260g carbs
89g fat

Week 3: 2900 cals
240g protein
210g carbs
89g fat

Week 4: 2800 cals
240g protein
160g carbs
89g fat

Week 5: 2700 cals
240g protein
110g carbs
89g fat

Week 6: 2600 cals
240g protein
110g carbs
89g fat

Week 7: 2500 cals
215g protein
85g carbs
89g fat

Week 8: 2400 cals
215g protein
85g carbs
78g fat

Week 9: 2300 cals

Week 10: 2200 cals
