Spring cut idea

Thinking about this cutting cycle starting May 1st.

Osta 15/15/15/15/15/15/15/15
GW 0/0/0/0/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10
MK677 0/0/0/0/15/15/15/15/15/15/15/15/15/15/15/15

PCT starting week 9
Clomid 50/25/25/12.5

My goal is purely to maintain muscle and strength while burning as much fat as possible, 6-8% bf would be nice. I'm still bulking and will continue up to May. The first week or two of cycle I will eat maintenance, then drop to 300 cal deficit and adjust from there.

Stats: 5'11, hoping to be at least 175lb by end of bulk, and 10-12% bf
I know a lot of people are going to say increase the osta to at least 25mg but I think for my goals it should be good. I've done an 8 week osta only cycle at 25mg at maintenance cals before and had a nice recomp.

Cycle not set in stone, just a slow work day. LMK what you guys think.
 
5'11, 175 at the end of your bulk and 10-12% BF... Sounds like you need to forget the cut and keep bulking holmes

For sure man, definitely need to get bigger but also want to be shredded for the summer. Thought this might be a nice light one for it.
 
Ditch the osta for something safe and proven; var, primo, etc. Ditch the "making me unnecessary hungry on a cut" MK677 and replace with cjc1295dac. Add test or some other "feel good", "energy up" hormone if going for 8 weeks.

Who cares about being shredded if you don’t have enough muscle to cut into? Seriously sometimes you have to bulk for several years before you even have enough muscle to cut into. Can’t be both at the same time
 
And bulking doesn’t mean you have to be fat.. I can’t stand how those two terms are so misused it’s rediculous. Look at Dave palumbo getting to 300lbs at his heaviest and still having abs. So in your offseason you should still look good enough for the beach if you are doing things correctly

who said anything about bulking and being fat? I've kept low bf% by not overdoing a surplus but it is inevitable to gain fat while in a surplus.
 

Gotta be honest bro, it seems a bit underwhelming really. I’d either ditch the osta this avoiding suppression and Pct OR run something with a bit more bite to it.....

Normally the advice is always to err on the side of caution but 15mg osta feels like a waste of suppressing oneself to me.

Also agree with Whisky. IME the only time sarms are worth it is if you stack them together. Despite what people say, the evidence is there that you will get suppressed by them. And if it is a legality issue, there is some good PH/DS you can still get in USA. If I knew I was gonna get suppression anyways no matter what id take, I would rather go for something stronger.

If your set on SARMs only though, I'd go for S4, Osta/LGD. Did that cycle with RAD and maintained strength/size despite working construction.

If looking for legal, best two I can think of is msten or DMZ. If possible test base will make it more enjoyable.

If anything goes, Test+Var/winny.

Just my thoughts of what I've seen people suggest/what I've tried.
 
Sarms for cutting and hardening are rad 140 and s4. Although "cutting" depends on diet and cardio more so than drugs or sarms you take.
 
Alright new layout:
Osta 30mg ed x 10weeks
S4 50mg ed week 4-10
GW 10-20mg ed starting week 6 through pct
Mk677 15-30mg starting week 6 through pct

recomp/lean bulk with slight calorie surplus and adjust with weight changes
