Hey guys,

I was chosen to run a cycle of super Dmz 4.0, I am excited to give this a go and see what I can accomplish.

I will start tomorrow and will be going for a recomp. I currently eat around 2800 cals a day (which is my maintenance level).
However for my training style I will not have a split I will be doing a circuit style training with some cardio thrown in there 3 days a week (most likely basketball)

I will be dosing at 2 caps a day for 30 days. ( if this isn't enough I will up to 3 caps after first week)

My stats are:
21 y/o
190lbs
About 10% body fat
Bench max: 270
Squat max:375


Pct: nolva at 10/10/10/10
With DAA at 3GS a day

Started today. Took 1 dose at 7am this morning, and one at 2pm
Normal upperbody circuit training workout today (nothing special)

I have eaten around 1800 calories up to now ( dinner will be around 1000) so I will be right on track for the day.

Nothing to note so far apart from a headache all day, no idea if it had anything to do with this though.
 
Solid looking pics man! I would bump up the nolva to 20/20/10/10 and then drop DAA and add in Viron by blr if I were you. But overall looks good.
 
You think il need 20/20/10/10 of nolva? seems like a pretty light compound! But il take your word for it. I've also been thinking I might actually bridge this into a cycle of super Dmz 2.0
 
Day 3: still dosing 2 caps per day, diet has been absolutely spot on.
Workouts have been hard but I seem to be recovering pretty well. Maybe a little more vascularity, but nothing else to note so far
 
Day 5: 2 caps per day. Diet was good all week. Cheat day was today (girlfriends family is Italian, so every Sunday I have a huge meal with her family)

Honestly looking super lean and extra vascular, as for strength nothing yet, scale was up 2lbs today also (before cheat meal) we will see if it stays that way!
 
1 week in: felt this **** today holy cow.
I've read a few other people's logs and they are still saying not much has happened yet. ( this is my first real cycle so that may have something to do with it)
Veins are starting to pop more, looking lean, libido is way up and weight is up 3 lbs dry.
Diet has been absolutely spot on and I am still dosing at 2 caps a day. I see no need to up this right now.

2 weeks in; sorry for lack of updates, I've just ended my summer and had to move back into my apartment at school. Lifted every day though and my diet has been spot on as always!

Honestly I feel great. In terms of mass and strength I havnt seen much, as for vascularity, endurance and general well being I feel great. I just feel ready to go (like better recovery) I have noticed that my cardio is getting a little harder though. Dry weight is still 193. Will keep running this at 2 caps a day and see where it takes me.
 
Hey guys I have a serious issue. I was playing basketball today for cardio and was unfortunately hit in the leg tearing my ACL.
I have to have surgery sometime soon and need advice on PCT

I have been on for 2 weeks and 3 days. should I run nolva at 20/20/10/10? Along with DAA and trib?
 
I would jump right Into pct if you haven't already. Maybe not take the Nolva the day of the surgery? Not sure if it would or wouldn't be an issue with the drugs they use to put you under
 
Yes I started pct yesterday. I'm going to do as I said. As for the surgery day should I take the nolva after I get out of surgery?
