Many of you may remember my bulking kit log that concluded over a month ago which brings me to where I am today.

Crazy couple days. Wasnt able to work as my mom has bronchitis. Threw my schedule way off.. My dosing has been good though, I woke up with a sore throat yesterday which is just great.. Workout was not my best most likey due to lack of sleep and getting sick..

Ha ha, hope it's not too low.. My schedule has been killing the diet.. I feel comfortable with about 2100-2200 for cutting... I can tell you the scale is already down.

That's awesome!...mine vary from day to day. I have someone set it all up for me- trying not to loose the muscle I've gained but oddly enough- I'm still gaining muscle.

Luck you jayo84 ! I tried a 2100 cal diet and the scale won't budge. I drop down to 1300 and I can lose. So at least now I know my limits. Chicken and rice diet seems to work for me!

Feeling like crap. all stuffed up. Made myself go to gym on sunday, which started terrible, but managed to make it through, This high volume stuff is way harder when ill lol. Didn't help it was leg day either.

Real funny! But I always take compliments! Even if its about my toes! HA HA

Looking pretty good so far with the cut. I am starting to see veins again! And the abs are slowly returning!

I am not seeing any strength gains yet, but my rest periods are shorter. I feel like I heal faster.

This is where I felt stronger! Was able to take short rest periods.

Congrats on the weight loss and vascularity! I hope you're feeling better! I would definitely say you need more protein! I keep it at 1gram per lb of lbm bare minimum. My protein is at 200 right now carbs are more where I cut the calories and then fat.

Thanks man, yeah, the first few weeks are rough for me when trying to cut. But It's not too bad after a while. Had a cheat day saturday with around 3100 calories in, and 2400 calories out.

Sunday was a great day!! Got hit chest,back and abs

Feeling about 90%, still some head congestion but feel fine otherwise!

Strength was up a little bit as new highs were acheived!

Few observations:

Recovery time is reduced, I feel like I am able to rest less and still perform. This regimen is reallty tough 8x8 but the kit is helping.
Strength is staying with me even though I am at a caloric deficit. Its nice to be able to lift the same.
Vacularity is returning quickly even though the scale is moving slowly, leading me to believe the body fat is coming down!
No weirdness to report! Everything is working as it should!

Calories out=2700
Carbs:320g
Fat:60g
Protein:143g

Ate some chicken off the grill and broccoli for dinner. Pretty dang clean!

Standing Overhead Dumbbell press
Made it 5 sets at 45lbs x 8R! 1 set of 45lbs for 7 reps, then 40lbs for 8 reps, and last set was 40lbsx6R for complete failure!

Zottman Curls
25lbs x 8 sets

Dips
BW x 8R for 3 sets, then 25lbs x8R for 3 sets and 2 sets back to BWx8R

Hanging Knee Raises
BW x 10R X 8 Sets

Crushed it all out with great energy!

Good work man. I've been on 1 andro for 3 weeks now and I love it. Natadrol was started two weeks in but prior to Nat, my strength and focus and recovery has been amazing. I recommend 1 andro to skeptics.

Had a pretty good weekend, Saturday I was pressed for time and had to fit a high volume day into an hour and half! TOUGH!

Sunday Was a rough day, took down a huge maple tree with help from a family member. This tree was pretty big. And on a hill. I never went up and down a hill so much!! Kicked my ass.
Started at 10am and went until 3pm with lunch at 1. Needed to fuel up, so I ate ALOT of pizza!! I earned it! And the macros SUCKED!

Today was an ok day. Had 2 clients tonight so no workout. Which I need a rest day anyhow!

Monday was a great chest day though! Killed it hard. Pretty sore, but seems to wear off faster.

Started taking form XT, and it tastes a little off from the last time I had it.

Strength is the same even though the weigh is coming down and calories arent as high. I like that!

Monday was a good day. Tried a chest workout with some younger gym friends. Helps me keep young! Tough workout, but powered through it, and of course still hurting from it..

I am starting to see my protein numbers are a little low. Will have to adjust..

I am in full PCT mode now and I can say everything feels good. The scale is moving in the right direction, and clothes are starting to be more relaxed. As well as some abs peaking through.

Good luck volt! It works as long as you eat and workout accordingly!

So the final week of PCT has has been concluded for me and wow did it go fast!! I will type up a nice final review but here are the stats

Beginning weight:182
Ending Weight:174.2!

Beginning BF%18%
Ending BF%14.9

Total Lbs dropped=7.8lbs
Total BF% Loss=3.1%

WOW, after seeing these numbers in the past, I knew I would get weaker, but that is where this kit comes in, I kept a lot of strength, it did go down slightly, but not like I remember last cut. I have been at this weight 3 times in my life, and each time i look better every time, and this year is no different, I got vascularity like crazy even though I am at a higher BF%. I can remember not seeing veins until the mid to lower 160's, now I am seeing them in the high 170's!!

I can tell you that I only really noticed one side effect, and that lethargy in PCT. I really lost a lot of motivation to go workout, I really had tough battles in getting myself to go. And when I get there, I dont feel like doing anything, That is slowly going away now.

Everything else is great though!!
