Lol nah, I'll post before and after pics, getting ready to go train now.

I am planning on training chest today.

Popped Novedex XT around 9:55am.

I like the packaging, very clean and blister pack is nicer than shaking a bottle and getting more than needed.

Warm up: AMRAP - 9 min

Strength is feeling good, I'm sure it is too soon to say whether or not that the Novedex XT was apart of the strength yet.

Sometimes tabs can bother my stomach, not the case with this though, took on an empty stomach too.

Hoping to lean out and drop a few lbs but hold onto the strength I have right now or up it.
 
Strong benching! Strength most likely not the Novedex yet, but you should start noticing a muscle hardening effect very soon

Weight stats as of 3/20/2017

Was running late for work so I will update with a before pic tonight. Also, training tonight will consist of Back and Arms with Rowing on the Erg for HIIT cardio.

Popped 1 tab Novedex XT @ 7:30am

Next dose will be 30-45 mins before I train.

Mind the spare tire, been trying to strip some fat off of my frame, but don't want to lose strength entirely either.

Last night ended up only being able to get in HIIT cardio.

2000m on the Rower in less than 8 mins for the first time, pretty pumped about that. And that was without any pre- which its always tough to train without it, but I pushed through and got it done.

Took Nolvadex XT around 7:30am and second dose after lunch @ 1:15pm

Yeah bro! Really into em.. I used to go to a bunch of Three shows, Joey Eppard is the man, they've def delivered some great tunes over the years.

Coheed tat was combination of The Prize Fighter Inferno and Coheed & Cambria keywork.

Last night I trained legs in a circuit style manner and blasted my arms a bit more

Rower :30 seconds on/ :30 seconds rest
4 intervals, just to warm up.

Legs (Circuit):

Back Squat- 115x12
Leg Extensions- 30x25
Front Squat- 115x6
Bicep Curl- Barbell x20
Leg Curls- 30x12

Repeated this circuit 3 times

4th set of circuit increased weight

Back Squat- 185x3 w pause at bottom
Leg Extensions- 55x20
Bicep Curl- 65x10
Leg Curls- 45x10

Did core work after.

My meals have been pretty clean this week.

Breakfast:
2 packets Original Oats with medium cut up banana and topped with cinnamon.

Snack:
Apple (alternated with protein shake every other day)

Lunch:
Chicken, Green Beans, Brown Rice and Salad

Dinners:
Monday - (1)Beef Brisket and whole wheat tortilla
Tuesday - Carb loaded with some DiGiorno
Wednesday - Salad and Chicken
Thursday - Hot Turkey Sausages and Peppers and Onions

Got my blood results back so starting to really crack down on my diet, I got a little carried away ever since the holidays and haven't consistently cut back. Also the fact people at work bring in treats and I fall victim to them more times than not haha. I have started actively pushing my self discipline further. And I think it's def helping.

Second dose of Novedex XT 30-40 before I train tonight.

Thoughts and feelings:

-Either I'm drinking more water than usual, or it's still the same I'm just excreting more fluids.

-Arms and Chest feel fuller than before, I can feel it in my shirts

-Not getting crazy sore, recovery is feeling good

-My back work out gave my back a work out. My lats feel pumped and that usually only happens when I work them out and then it dissipates and doesn't feel like I even activated them in my last training session.

Across the boards I am feeling good on Novedex XT. It's only been since Sunday I started so I am looking forward to the rest of the run!

Gaspari is the first supplement company I got into, SuperPump250 and PlasmaJets, [Old] Novedex XT in the blue bottle, Detonate XT, great products.. but this Novedex XT def beats out the old one for sure. I ran Nova X about 2 years ago and gained some strength from it which was awesome. Always a good company to go to.
 
That's what I'm most intrigued by with this product ... the drying out effect. I love nothing more than (like you said) waking up leaner and harder.

Strength is still feeling great, feeling leaner, and like I have more energy. Recovering pretty damn quickly which I am liking.

Diet has been getting cleaner, and I feel less impulse to splurge.

Need to get tighter overall still, I know that's more diet than anything so working on that.

Workouts look great so far man! It would be nice if we get that scale showing north of 160+ lbs. by the end of your run. I think the Novedex should definitely do that for you with how well your diet seems to be dialed in along with your training.

Sorry for the radio silence! Got bombarded at work due to the storm on the east and my basement flooded. Missed training Friday-Today due to clean up. Will be back at it tomorrow! Hopefully the rain expected tomorrow doesn't kill my basement again. I'm looking into waterproofing my basement and I think I'm in the wrong profession haha.

Does it require any cycle support or further PCT? Never heard of this compound.

I do not believe you need any other PCT after this, Big_Spaz or danielmoo would prob have a better idea

Novedex in itself is a PCT. However, depending on how strong your cycle is, pharma products may be the better option. Novedex is matched perfectly as a PCT for something like Halodrol
 
Hopefully we will get some additional updates soon .... log was really coming along very nicely and so where the results (from Novedex XT) ...
