Hydrazine:

Serving Size: 1 Capsule

Serving Suggestion: 1 Capsule 45 min before working out with water.

I'll make sure I log the focus, pumps, energy, and crash (if any) from it.



I will use it for the first time tomorrow for my Push day. Today will be a cardio today that I can log if you guys want, but will be mainly for conditioning.

How are you liking it?
I have had great focus with my workouts, i like it for the tunnel vision and improvement in feel when working muscle.

It is different to the regular DMAA, mesomorph that i use in that it provides more focus but not as much of a kick for raw power.

Today:

Ran 4 mi at 8:45 pace

Nutrition:

Calories: 2115
Carbs: 182g
Fat: 75g

Upped the cals a bit today since I ran along with the carbs. Tomorrow will be a push day as I've said, plus my goal is to run 1 fast mile, then walk .5-1mi for recovery, then another fast mile.

BB Bench

Rest: 2min -> might lower weight to get form down. Haven't done this in a little bit.

Hydrazine:

Took in 45min PWO but ended up having to wait around 1 hr before working out.

Taste - N/A -> capsule

Energy -> 5/5. Initial energy felt great and no crash so far. It is a steady energy (no peak, imo) similar to mesomorph. I got a huge wave of pent up energy in the drive over to the gym from being seated which was nice. Really got me in the mood to lift heavy weight because I wanted to 'unleash' the energy. Since I am on the EC stack, I was surprised a DMAA-free PWO gave me such solid energy. I take around 600-700mg of caffeine a day so wasn't expecting to feel very stimmed but I was very impressed!

Pump -> 5/5. I definitely felt more vascular and pumped. Maybe a bit better than Mesomorph.

Focus -> 5/5 Even with one of my headphones broken which detaches me slightly from my music, I was still very focused on my lifts and was able to really zone in on my workout.


So far, overall 5/5, but got 9 more capsules.

Power Pull - 5/10/2017

Deadlifts:

5 x 225lbs x 5/5/5/5/3 ---> holy ****, I was dead at the end of this.

Rest Time: 2min, around 2.5-3min around end

Dead Hang Pull Ups:

3 x BW x 5/5/4.9 --> did not get chin fully above bar at end. Might add 10lbs next session

Rest: 45min-1 min

Cable Row:

3 x 140 x 8/8/6

1 Arm Rows:

Skipped, lower back was fried

Rear Delt Flyes:

2 x 50lbs x 8/8
1 x 60lbs x 8

EZ Bar Curls:

1 x 55lbs x 10
2 x 65lbs x 8 reps

Will up the weight next session.

Rest Time: 1 min

DB Curls:

3 x 30lbs x 8-10 reps
2 x 20lbs x 8-10 reps (just left arm to fix imbalance, 30-45 sec rest in between)

Finished with ab circuit

Hydrazine:

Took it right around 30min pre workout, 1 capsule. Had really great vascularity, and energy was again super consistent and stable. Took it at 10:30 -> started deadlifts at 11, and at 1 pm, I still have good energy.

So far, despite no DMAA, the energy from Hydrazine is really great. I got a really solid pump again, esp. once I started biceps, and my focus was once again very good.

Want to mention that I sweat a ton during this workout while wearing shorts/t-shirt. I did not even take my Bronkaid with the Hydrazine so was pretty pleased that I got into such a zone with just 1 capsule.

Went easier than usual on this leg day because want to not be super sore so I can still do cardio. Also, dealing with some over use foot pain in my left foot.



Hydrazine-

1 capsule 30 min pre workout.

Was not jittery at all as usual, but again had really solid energy throughout the workout. Good focus once again. Pumps were not super noticeable since it was a leg workout, but definitely helped me lift through my current leg soreness from deadlifts + running. I was super sore this morning, but once I got into the gym on Hydrazine, I did not even notice it.

Got me sweating very good and had my heart rate high so I definitely felt good throughout this workout.

So far, I am really enjoying this pre workout.

Lack of pumps will be because there is nothing in there to promote a pump, i find it is just to you in general and nutrition which will allow for a good muscular pump during workout or a pre workout such as Vasomax or High Volume or even Hemavol/Hemav02 Max. i also found condense by purus labs a good product for pump as well as the now discontinued Olympus Labs Hydro3.

Hydrazine:

Took 2 capsules 30min before my workout (5th session).

I did not get jittery, but I did feel my focus was a little better than with 1 capsule. I also felt my endurance went way up, and after my workout, I still had energy to keep going. My lift session was 50min-1hr, then 20min of cardio, then finished off with abs so it was in total around 1hr30min. I still felt very energized at the end of the session which was great. I also have not experienced any crash after taking it around 3.5 hrs ago.

I will do 2 capsules again as stated by predator nutrition, but currently still feel like 1 capsule does a very solid job. 2 might be nice if it is a very brutal/long day.

Notes

Rest time was around 1min30-2min for all exercises. Sometimes a bit shorter on the last couple exercises, but definitely 2 min on the Bench and OHP.

I was really surprised to get 8 on 185lbs after doing 5 sets of 4. I would have raised weight if I knew I had that in me. I actually forgot to take my creatine for around a week so kind of loaded up on it (15g/day) recently so that may have helped a bit but still was kind of shocking. The last rep was a real grind but my spotter didn't touch it so I slowly racked it. Felt very good though overall, but definitely fried me a bit lol.

Overall, really happy with the workout. Was there around an hour and a half but my PWO really helped me with energy. Still had a good amount at the end of my workout.


Hydrazine is really awesome. No jitters but just great constant energy throughout the entire workout. I was super focused/zoned in and really felt a good mind-muscle connection. I am seriously considering purchasing this product after my trial but using 2 pills each time at the current price might be a bit costly.

Definitely notice a difference between 1->2 pills, but not sure if it is worth using the PWO twice as fast.

Power Pull

Deadlift
6 x 245lbs x 4/4/4/4/4/2 -> callous was about to rip on last set to stopped at 2 to not ruin rest of workout. This was super hard on my grip. Wish I had chalk, will need to get some. I really wanted to do DOH the entire time but had to use mixed grip after first set.

Rest time ~2min-2min30sec around end

Pull ups
1 x BW + 10lbs x 5
1 x BW + 15lbs x 4
1 x BW + 10lbs x 5

Great form on this. Almost dead hang, but wasn't completely straight. No momentum though,and felt the reps well.

Cable Row (1-arm)
3 x 60lbs x 8/6/8 -> didn't rest enough on second set and grip was giving out since it was fried from deadlifts/pull ups.

Rear Delt Flyes
3 x 80lbs x 8

EZ Bar Curls
1 x 65lbs x 8
2 x 75lbs x 6-7

Not 100% but pretty sure bar is 15lbs so that is bar + weight

DB Curls
3 x 30lbs x 6-8 (did a few sets of 20lbs solely for left arm to balance imbalance)

Finished with some forearm roll ups (for grip), cardio and stretching.

Exhausted.




Hydrazine --

Again, super good endurance from Hydrazine. I notice better focus/endurance from 2 capsules over 1 but not sure if it is worth the quicker usage. I also noticed that I have a steady/controlled aggressive energy that makes me want to rest less than I should because I just want to do set after set..haha

I'll make a separate post later today with a final review of hydrazine

Hydrazine - Final Thoughts:

Focus: 5/5

Easily one of the best parts of this pre workout. I got very focused when I stepped into the gym, and really could zone in on my lifts. I noticed improved focus from 1>2 capsules.

Energy: 5/5

This energy was a steady energy with no peak. I really prefer this type of energy from pre-workout because I never experienced a crash. I felt the energy from Hydrazine was also great for endurance because it made 1hr + workouts seem like a breeze, and I would have energy left over at the end of them. I really had to make sure I timed my rest because I felt I could lift right after putting the weight down without any rest between sets!

Pump - 4/5

As Paul stated, not much in here for a pump. I think from the mindset it puts you in, you want to lift hard enough where you will experience a nice pump just from killing a workout. I really was able to give my all in each exercise when using Hydrazine which led me to feeling pretty full at the end of my session.

Overall, 5/5, maybe slightly less if you really are a pump guy. Also, could knock it to a 4/5 for the cost since it is quite steep. Cost aside though, I really would use this pre-workout again. I enjoyed my time on it, and really got a good effect from 2 capsules.

Some may be more sensitive to taking 2 capsules but my caffeine tolerance is pretty high so I was able to handle it fine. No jitters or anxiety, just a great workout.

Hoping to announce more logging opportunities this month so keep a look out (it's very different in feel to Hydrazine - more like the hulk whereas hydrazine would be like superman if we had to characterise the difference).

No Problem, i am up for another log if offered, would like to do more than a week this time, i feel a full 30 is more suited for better feedback.
