I haven't seen much feedback for this bcaa supplement so I figured I'd throw up a quick review. I picked up 10 containers of this bcaa last New Years sale on Nutaplanet and 5 for me and 5 for a friend and I finally got a chance to crack a couple of the containers a few months back and I just finished my 2nd container.
Ingredient Profile- 4/5- It's a proprietary blend but L-Leucine is the first ingredient and it has the other two important bcaa's as well as Taurine, Betaine Anhydrous, and Alpha-Lactalbumin.
Mix Ability- 4/5- It mixes well with no particles floating but you will get some foam on top so you need to let it settle just a bit and when you reach the bottom you'll have the foam sitting on the bottom so just add a little more water and shake it up.
Taste- 4/5- The fruit punch is just a straight up flavor nothing tropical or exotic but strong in flavor and I found it to be enjoyable even using it everyday and didn't taste anything bad from this flavor. The watermelon is very good BUT you do get a bitter aftertaste from this flavor but still nothing that terrible and I've had worse.
Effectiveness- 4/5- I waited until I finished 2 containers before I jumped in here and I gotta say though it's a blend which many frown upon my recovery was VERY GOOD and I train on an empty stomach and bcaa's are what I sip while training to help kick start my recovery and to give me a little boost while working out and I felt pretty well recovered while utilizing this bcaa supplement and again I've gone through two containers back to back.
Price- 5/5- You can find these bcaa's on bogo where it will come out to $12.50 or less a container JUMP ON IT it's worth it for that price even if you don't like proprietary blends. If you don't like the 2 flavors that they offer then this one is not for your.
Overall- 4/5- I've been pleased with supplement and so has been my friend who actually snatched up a few more containers during Black Friday sale over at TF Supplements.
