Splitting doses

Hi, can you split the doses of your transdermal products?
Its hard to apply 5 pumps at one time.
Also is their a more stable blood level of hormones if you split the doses?

It is suggested to apply the transdermal products at one time. Splitting is usually not recommended. The actives in the products are released gradually, so it is best to leave the creams on for as long as possible between applications.

Simmons is right on. It's better to apply in one dose if possible. This allows for a more stable delivery and serum concentration of target hormones in the end; this will equate to better gains.

I know that it can be hard to apply 5 pumps (depending on your size) with some people. Try applying a few pumps at a time and spreading it around as much as you can. The more surface area you're covering the better.
