For all of you that love this product, you might want to try it at a lower dose.....ive found as little as 1/4 of a cap to work great with no sides AT ALL.....what i usually do is shake the **** out of the cap until i can see none is stuck to the cap....some of the actives settle quick....once its in solution i poke a hole in the top of the cap with a small sharp point...and i squeeze some of the liquid into another cap....with this technique a bottle will last significantly longer...if 1/4 cap dosent work u can still try making 3 out of 1 or even 2.
