Hi,

i have a something in the spice cabinet , spice classics "whole celery seed."

There little seeds/spinkles of celery seeds. is this the same supplement as celery seed

everyone says to use for a superdol cycle , and can spice classics "whole celery seed" be

used in place of celery seed?

They're using an extract. Better see how much of those celery seeds you'd have to eat to get an equivalent.

For blood pressure reduction, you could simply eat a few stalks(4-8) of celery daily. if you do not want to do that, then i would buy the celery seed extract from Nutraplanet. it is very affordable.
