Spawn cycle and a new lump under my nipple??

I am into week four (4) of a Spawn cycle, and have a sore right nipple with a small dime sized lump underneath. Is this what I think it is? I dont understand because I didnt think that was possible with Spawn, and I have been dosing (200mg) of Formestane during the entire cyle. Any ideas? what to do now?

Tren may induce prolactin related sides, based on forum info (spawn contains bother epi/tren from what i remember). So in this case, might not be relative to just estrogen. so either get OFF cycle to prevent further growth continuing form dosing and taper and get ahold of cabergoline best option or get some (1-carboxy and pyridoxine version of b-6 )

doesnt sound like you were very aware of what you were taking...
